The Company operates within the laws, in a context of fair competition, with honesty, integrity, fairness and good faith, respecting the legitimate interests of customers, employees, shareholders, commercial and financial partners and not least the community.

For these purposes, the Company has adopted an Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/01 aimed at implementing the Company’s goal of pursuing an enterprise policy based on the principles of fairness and legality, setting up protocols, organizational and managerial, and an internal control system, designed to prevent the risk of offenses being committed.
